Wife took our daughter to the bathroom to change her diaper and there were a bunch of cigarette burns on the baby changing table. Bathrooms were disgustingly gross make me wonder how clean the kitchen is will never go back.
Returned to Wendy’s around 9pm on 4/2/23 after forgetting my wallet waited around 20mins in the drive thru the first time and about 30mins the second. After I got my food my fries were a size too small and they might as well have been from the first time I went though. The halves of some of my fries were literally chilly to the touch. I shouldn’t have had to wait this long for food like this, it might’ve been fine if my food was half decent.
Waited in drive thru line for about 25 minutes just for a cup of chili. Lobby not open doors locked. Isn't this against fire code?
Have always love the chocolate frosty and last time I found they have a Dave's orange cream soda that was great. Nice dining area with a wide fireplace on the back wall. Enjoyed the Baconater double with fries as well.
Ordering a Dave's deluxe double I got one small leaf of lettuce and a small thin slice of tomato. Drove back to get the proper amount added. The "extra" lettuce and tomato included two small leaves of lettuce and a small slice of tomato. This happened on both of my last two visits. It's a shame that they will ruin their reputation to save the cost of a normal amount of toppings on a burger.
Service is terrible food is okay chilli is the best item, expense has gotten out of control compared to other fast food places.Food: 4/5
I was satisfied with my order. I ordered on the app and everything was ready on time and the order was correct. My one complaint is with the burger not being as hot or fresh as I was expecting. I was also happy with service and the store looked really clean inside.
Went though the drive through, was not given a receipt for my order, half my items were missing
Don't go if it's close to closing time. I realize I went 10min before closing time, but then someone opened the door to take out trash, quickly closed the door and ignored me until I left. And I could see them inside as I drove off.Service: 1/5
