Great chicken place. The fries are crinkle cut and had good flavour, and the chicken itself is crispy and not too oily. I usually don’t like the biscuit that comes with fried chicken combos at other chicken branches, but the biscuit at Church’s is sweet and had good texture crunchy on outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Value for meals are decent.

I have ordered 2 pieces combo today its delicious   i love their customer service and quality of food ..They give me fresh food always ..Highly recommend

Their chicken always comes hot, fresh and juicy. A lot of other places are either a hit or miss but Church's is the most consistent. Their biscuits are the best of any place and their burgers are great too. Too bad they don't have many locations yet

Ahh.  It is ok. Told me Fountain Drink machine was down just before paying for my order so they charged me extra for having to decide between a can and a bottle. It would be nice if the radio worked. Alot of static coming through the speaker in the dining room.

Completely forgot to take a photo of my food because I ate it so fast  service was extremely fast, and the combos are delicious! I’m jealous that the Laurier students have this spot now, if this was here when I was in school my money would’ve have been spent here for sure. The biscuits are 10/10! Would order from here again for sure.

I absolutely love church's and highly recommend the food but unfortunately this location is pretty bad. The service is extremely slow, they man handle your food with no gloves on, they are extremely cheap with the fries you pay for and the fountain drinks are always an issue. No ice, no selection or they just don't have it on.  I always take my food to go and it needs to be warmed up as it's always cold but thats the amount of fries I received. Thats not even a third of the brown bag they give you. I don't expect it to be full but I do expect more then 15 fries.

The food tasted good but the customer service was very poor. I watched a customer struggle with the Pop dispenser for about 4mins unattended to. I guess he was a new student before I approached him to offer assistance. It looked so embarrassing. Advice: don’t expect every customer is a regular customer, you are in a student environment, it’s okay to offer that extra assistance. Don’t just give them a cup and straw and let them deal with the dispenser.

Waterloo's best HALAL food place. I visit this place quite often when it comes to buying food for my family,.Polite staff and quick service. Will highly recommend it to othersFood: 5/5

First time trying this place. A little pricy. $13.55 for a 4 piece combo with fries and drink. The soda fountain only had root beer and some fruity drink. I asked for ketchup but didn't get any in the bag. Overall it was okay,  but nothing great.

Had an chicken sandwich it was good The staff is friendly And we were a bunch of friends. They offered a free ice cream at the end.
