Pretty good KFC, located just across the road from Waterloo Station, great place to stop off just after arriving or just before leaving London. Lots of ordering machines and food comes pretty quickly. Staff are friendly and the place is generally pretty clean for such a busy place with high foot traffic. There are tables to stand and eat but no chairs to sit down so be prepared to stand and eat your meal. Food is of a quality and standard you expect…

The most disgusting kfc I've ever been to. There are food scraps everywhere, trash on the floor, the toilet doesn't work and they don't have hand sanitizer. disgusting, avoid.

There is no enough staff. Waiting over 20 minutes for collect the order. Toilet out of order. 2 stars only because staff is friendly and trying their best. Except the guy called Joshuaon the post, he is very unprofessional, poor packing, having a laugh and pretending to work in slow motion.

They keep closing the door with key during service so people can not enter. Probably because they do not have enough team. 2* because you can see the team who is working is fantastic Last time we literally got locked in for 5 minutes. The guy "who had the key" went to the back so noone could leave the shop until he came back. Today I wanted to go and grab some food but they did not let us in and closed the door again. Im not 100% sure what would happen if there would be fire inside and people eating and the doors are closed.

Tiny , hardly any seating , messy inside. Didn't see no cleaner. Staff to busy chatting, and to top it off toilets put of order. On the plus side ermmm food was hot and tasted nice.Food: 3/5

Disgrace, filthy and 50% of the automated tills not working. If front of house looks like this imagine the lack of hygiene in the kitchen

This is one of the most modern KFC’s I’ve been into. Looks great inside and the staff are super polite. The manager and an assistant were serving and they were both really polite and welcoming. One of the best services I’ve received in a KFC. 5*

Was busy when we went. The staff were super efficient and quick. Served all guests promptly. They did not have drinks that we ordered and they gave us alternates quickly without delaying anyone. Super good.

Affordable place for a quick meal right in front of Waterloo Station. Ordering pods available but half of them are not working. And despite that still quite a wait to get your food from the claim counter Parking: No parking Wheelchair accessibility: There is a table dedicated for people with disability, with a table service. But you need to scan a QR Code and use an app
