Well, not going to lie I went twice this week. But, I have to say every time I go here the staff are phenomenal! So kind, caring and do an excellent job. The food is always hot and fresh. Great work!
Smokes can get expensive so I often avoid them. This location gets a 5* because the server is great! He went the extra to provide a great service for us. You can see they run a good shop here

The store set up is safe. 100% covid safe. They have a microphone you speak into, because the guy behind the counter is behind plexiglass. The food was still hot when I got home 30 minutes later. The wait time for my order was litterally 2 minutes. Thanks.
If you've never had Smoke's poutine before you h a v e to try it. It's expensive but it's worth every penny. But be prepared to crave it every week :
Really need to step up their game, especially now that so many other places offer poutine and the fries are nothing fantastic, often too fat yet dry on the inside. Or too soggy- there seems to be no middle ground. The variety is specialty poutines is still nice though, but their novelty quickly wears off after having them a few times.
Varrun was an amazing help I went in with an odd request from my pregnant wife and he was happy to make it to the best of his abilities even left the container open for me to see before I paid for approval awesome service man
