Big Box Outlet Store - Vancouver

I love Big Box! I like how warm and friendly the staff is. They're are very welcoming to the customers. I like the prices and the items!

I never heard of this big box outlet store before till one of my friend told me about it. The store looks so organized and the staff are nice and very helpful . Many good stuff to buy and most of the time good prices specially during their sales . Now, I am frequent shopper and come to the store almost every other day with my friends. Great experience and can recommend to others as well.🙂

I am a loyal customer of Costco, a friend of mine recommended this place . My daughter and I found so many great household items for her new apartment with impressive price. The staff is so approachable and friendly. Especially Ofelia, she know the store so well, sometimes just ask, save your time to locate items. I will for sure, check out it regularly.

I recently misplaced my phone within the store and the Big Box staff went above and beyond in assisting me with this matter. They had a team of employees searching the store and another employee reviewing the camera footage. At the end of the day they were able to find my phone that had fallen behind a piece of furniture. Great service & great staff, Thanks guys!!

I have been shopping at Big Box a lot and I am really impressed with the employees. The manager, Chris, and staff, Ofelia were very sincerely helping me in my needs. They are very friendly and make great relationship with their customers. They go out their way to assist and I just got my Rewards card, too, when Ofelia offered it to me. Yayyy
