Walmart Supercentre

Very rude customer service agent when trying to return an item. Tried to discuss returning a SEALED item without my receipt and they made me feel like I was a thief trying to scam them. They told me i should go back to the store i bought it from (30km away). Eventually it escalated to the manager and I got my refund. Would not go back to this location.

Went to return a GPS. Had to wait for 15 minutes before a customer service associate from electronics dept could come and verify the item before authorising return. Be prepared to wait this long for returning some electronics items. In this generation of tech revolution, walmart can very well automate the electronics items return processing by a video chat hook up between customer service return desk at one end, electronics dept at the other end.

Pretty convinient but some staff are so rude. Specially i went in cosmetic sectiin to buy lipliner and usally buy there i was trying some liner and someone screem from behind so loud tht you are not suppose to use this.. and i m like all red on my face everyone looking at me and i told this is a sample pc and we can try from this.. and she said no dont u undestand.. i Pittsoff i was going to call manager but i couldnt find.. it was so rude so embarrassing i hope this review can read by someoen so that lady can get some advice how to talk to customer. She was blond hair and goy some accent in her english, fair skin and middle age.. i wish i know her name to report her for worst service ever..

Pretty nice walmart with mostly nice people Although when it is 930 pm every 5 mins they have someone announcing the time and closing time with attitude trying to get everyone out immediately. Feeling they dont want my business.

Prices ok. Staff overall are helpful. Quality of fresh veggies isn't bad. Very dangerous parking lot. Over the years seen several kids almost run over by drivers speeding down the lanes. It's ok when you need something but I prefer other places if I have the option. Terrible lines and never enough check open.
