This is the Costco that famous costcomarkhameast goes to everyday. Amazing operation, very organized, prices updates consistently. Always packed with people but not as bad as locations in Mississauga. Good culture here. Wish the carts and parking situation can be improved

Pretty awful experience. Will NOT be buying glasses here again if I can help it. Was cleaning my glasses with a microfiber cloth, as you do and they literally snapped in half. I wasn't rough with them and haven't been rough with the, I've had them for less than a year. I bought this pair of glasses cause they are Titanium but Clearly it's more plastic than anything. Went to warranty them and was told they only cover Manufacturing Defects not accidents. So I said. well this wasn't an accident I was cleaning them. The worker there then proceeded to say the only way they could have broken from cleaning was if there was a manufacturing defect...nnSo fair warning to all those who will listen.

I recently visited this Costco store and was truly impressed!nnThe atmosphere was bright, clean, and organized, making my shopping experience enjoyable.nnBrendan was eager to help, and Cassidy went above and beyond normal customer service to ensure I found everything I needed. It's clear that the staff here is dedicated to providing exceptional support.nnHighly recommend this location for anyone looking for a positive shopping experience!

Located on the east side of Markham, near other big box stores - Home Depot and Canadian Tire. Perhaps slightly less busier than other Costcos and easier to find parking. But still very busy on weekends. This location has departments for optical, tires and pharmacy. They also have fast food. Some products catered to Asians due to the location. They have some self checkouts.

It was hectic today. Got there early around 8:55 AM but there was already a line up. People seem to be in a pretty big rush so consideration for others was noticeably low… shopping carts were a mess when I was leaving I guess because people were grabbing them and leaving them in a mess but there was a worker floating around not doing anything to organize them. nInside it was clean, check out was quick but not exactly friendly. We just went in, got what we needed and left because of the chaos.
