Clean well organized and managed costco. One of the only costcos left where you can find a one in three ratio of people still wearing their face diapers.nPrices were updated and stock was replenished.nManagement was on the floor getting their hands dirty. love to see that. what a way to motivate your team and run a tight ship.npicked up these cool bags of chips that I haven’t seen at the usual costco i go to; maybe they are there but hiding in the rafters.

I visited this location today to purchase toilet paper and paper towels. To my surprise, staff would not allow me to enter the aisle where these items are located and instead directed me to join a long lineup. When I asked why, I was told it was due to limited supply.nnWhat I found confusing and frustrating was that, despite this restriction, customers were being allowed to purchase large quantities 10+ packs. This seemed contradictory, if supply is truly limited, why enforce long wait times while permitting bulk purchases?nnI raised my concerns with the General Manager, Mike, but unfortunately, I did not receive a clear explanation. His comments suggested little concern for my feedback, which left me very disappointed.nnAs a long-time Costco member, I value fair and consistent policies. However, the way this situation was handled did not seem right and left me questioning what Costco is trying to achieve with this approach.

No customer service here now. When I ask the assistant stood by the cashier to put goods to the cart. The assistant named Leleah asked me “what is the problem with you? Can you put goods by yourself?” I felt really disappointed and said “what’s going on with Costco customer service now? And you guys want us to continue subscription?” Leleah responded, “it’s up to you”. It is really disappointing that Costco’s customer service standards becomes so low now.

Costco offers unbeatable value with bulk products, fresh groceries, and excellent quality. The membership pays for itself quickly, and the food court is a bonus. Always clean and well-organized!

Overall, Costco is a great place to shop with great prices. It has been getting crazy and crazily busy at all times throughout 7 days a week. In addition, due to the crowd, basic manner and politeness don't always exist anymore from all ages older to younger kids [waiting in line, pushing, creating unnecessary blocking of pathways / traffic, wholesalers hogging on sale items, shopping carts aren't available at times, etc.]. Hence, I gave 4 stars. instead of
