Nice selection of items with sales but staff isn't super friendly, no hello, no smile.

They have lots of cute household products here. They also have some very useful and interesting products for your home.

As the flagship store of this home houseware retail business, this location has been in operation for close to 20 years. It is very sad to see it being forced to move out of its current location after serving so many customers. I had a chance to buy a humidifier when it was 30% off the regular price as part of the store's clearance sale prior to its relocation to bridlewood Mall. Thankfully there are many branch locations to take advantage of, but as for this Flagship location, take advantage of the 30% off while you can. The store will be closing next week for good.

Pretty great place! There's a large range of household items as well as some stationary items and stuffed toys. Staff are okay, but the discounts they offer are sometimes really good!

Worse customer service ever!! We were buying a table cover at their Market Village location, the listed price was 1.99 per foot, the sales lady insist that we pay first then they'll cut out the portion for us. So we went to pay, and all of a sudden the lady ran to us and said that it was 2.99 per foot, their staff made a mistake when putting the price tags. I was like, so this is the store's fault then? And shes like, yea, you don't have to buy it.

We went to get emoji pillows for a good deal $8.00 and it said $8.00 on the label at the store so then we went to pay it at the cashier and the cashier woman said it was a mistake. And then the woman at the cashier said that the price was $9.05. I bet she made that up to get money and scanned one of the the pillows twice and scanned the other pillow as well. So our total was a lot of money and we were not happy.

A huge selection of nice decor, has its good sales every so often. Problem is the workers there are only trained to restock selves and put zero effort on product knowledge and customer service.

Have a variety of Asian household goodies. Price medium, quality ok. Can find.interesting items occasionally. Good for buying kitchen stuff

It may seem like they have a great variety of products, but when it comes to choosing a gift for a friend, choices overlap. Sometimes they lack a product and only display one for sample.

We bought a pack of China bowel 4 in a box, good deal. There is a brand sticker on one of the bowels when I purchased. When I went back home and took the sticker off, there is a broken chip on the bowel. Apparently, someone tried to hide the chip that way. This is terrible.
