Walmart Halifax Supercentre

Bought this rice yesterday at your location, the date on it says it's still good but when I opened it it was all mold, it's not the first time I've bought one with this date and it was moldy

I had a terrible experience with Walmart's pick-up service today. The main reason I use pick-up services is to save time, but this experience completely defeated that purpose.nnAfter receiving a notification message that my items were ready for pick-up, I provided my order number at the customer service desk. The staff contacted the department and assured me that my items were on the way. However, I ended up waiting for 20 minutes, only to be told I needed to wait another 5 minutes after a second call.nnWhen the staff member finally arrived with my items, I expressed my frustration, and she casually mentioned that she had just returned from her break. I also spoke with the online department manager, who simply explained that there was only one person handling pick-up services, so delays were to be expected. This lack of responsibility and poor service is unacceptable.nnTo make matters worse, these staff were speaking in their language I didn’t understand, either English or French, making me feel uncomfortable and excluded. This is not the kind of experience I expect, and I won't be using this Walmart or their pick-up service again.nnStrongly not recommend.

Disgusting and filthy store . horrible staff and the place is always a mess. It has a weird smell. Don't even get me started on the bathrooms. I wouldn't go here even if someone offered me a million dollars to walk inside. In recent years, this Walmart has become one of the worst places to ever visit. Take your business to Bayer's lake or anywhere else. Never come here. Please shut down your store or actually have some cleaners and staff training.

Terrible service. I decided to go to electronics to buy a phone. Staff was allowing kids and teens to run around, bounce a basketball, and scream. Staff was short with me, laughed when I said I wanted a certain phone plan, acting as if I didn't know I wanted this phone plan. Trying so hard to make me buy a phone plan I didn't want.nnI was researching for weeks beforehand so acting this way made me feel as he thought i was stupid.nnI could barely hear him since it was so rowdy. 0/10 ill be shopping at other Walmarts since Mumford has been down hill for years and this is my straw.

I would like to say a big thanks to a woman named Judy, she had an orange vest and helped me find everything I needed and was very helpful kind and also humorous. Judy thank you for your help, from the ironworker woman you helped today July 5. I look forward to coming back
