Unfriendly attitude. Not welcoming. I gave 5 star 4 years back, now I have to reduce it to 1 star. Very bad environment. I don't like the environment.

Extremely Hot Tap Water in the washroom – Needs adjustmentnnI am a regular customer at this Walmart location and generally have a positive shopping experience here. However, there is a serious and ongoing issue in the restrooms that needs urgent attention: the tap water is dangerously hot, with no way to adjust the temperature.nnThe water comes out at a scalding, near-boiling temperature, making it painful—and potentially unsafe—to wash hands. This isn’t just a minor inconvenience; it’s a legitimate safety concern, especially for children or elderly customers who may be more sensitive to extreme heat. Many public restrooms, including those in other retail stores, provide either adjustable faucets or preset warm not burning water for hygiene and comfort. Yet here, there is no way to moderate the temperature, forcing customers to either endure the heat or avoid washing their hands altogether—which is unhygienic.nnI urge Walmart management to:nn- Immediately check and adjust the water heater settings to a safe, usable temperature.nn- Install temperature-controlled faucets if possible, allowing users to adjust water heat as needed.nn- Regularly monitor restroom conditions to ensure this doesn’t persist.nnThis is not just about comfort—it’s about basic safety and customer care. I’ve noticed this issue multiple times, so it’s clearly not a one-time malfunction. If no action is taken, I and likely other customers will have no choice but to avoid using the restrooms here, which reflects poorly on the store’s commitment to customer satisfaction.nnI hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed promptly. This store is disgusting. It’s always in shambles. I’m sure they don’t have as much staff as they need, but this store is one to avoid if you can. They’re always out of so many things, and it’s always so crowded, with people shopping, not staff. I feel sorry for the people that don’t have to option to go somewhere else. If I’m going to a Walmart, Mumford is no way near my first choice.

More or less what you would expect from a Walmart. Sometimes I find it difficult to find what I'm looking for. It would also be nice if the cost per weight was clearly labelled so I can compare pricing between options more easily.

Despite multiple calls and escalation Walmart customer service refuses to investigate or take action for the multiple orders placed after my account was hacked. This store in particular delivered and allowed multiple orders from the same account being delivered to multiple locations in a province across the country from where I live. There are no protocols in place to prevent this from happening.
