We ordered a very expensive appliance part from the Dartmouth store. First we phoned the store with the part number to make the order, but they said they had no way to take a debit or interac payment over the phone (Credit card only.) So I drove all the way to Burnside to make the payment in full in person. Then the store CANCELLED the order without telling us and did not refund the payment until we called in and inquired. Terrible service and would not recommend.

Great service. Called the 1-800 number and the found my part and directed me to go pick it up at the store. It was ready and waiting when I got there. I was served very promptly and was out the door in no time. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will Definately use them again.

Lower oven element in stove burned out yesterday. After a little research on how to replace. Contacted Reliable Parts, part was in stock, purchased part, Staff very courteous and knowledgeable, came home and installed within minutes. Oven works again and better than before.
