​I just had a fantastic experience thanks to the wonderful gentleman greeting everyone at the entrance today. He was so warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, making a huge difference in my shopping trip. It's employees like him who turn a simple store visit into a great day. Give that man a raise—he's a treasure!
Had a good experience today at the Walmart at Dartmouth Crossing cashier was super friendly talkative. We had a couple good laughs together and the store is very neat and clean compared to a lot of other. Walmarts is very happy with my experience.
Had security called on me twice in one day while doing instacart orders. Same associate who could barely speak English harassed me about my bags despite them already being paid for and refused to leave me alone until I asked for her manager and had made a scene. I don't appreciate being accused and harassed of stealing while I'm trying to make extra money over holidays. Been doing instacart 5+ years and this location is by far the worst. They try to make it seem like it's the instacart shoppers fault when in reality its their poorly trained staff who can barely communicate to their own customers and don't even understand half of what we are trying to tell them. I had already called and reported the incident to which I had come back for another order for the same associate to pick me out of the crowd and try to physically stop me from leaving for the second time. The complete lack of physical understanding makes me wonder how half of these employees got their jobs in the first place if they can't even grasp the basic components of a conversation and instead of trying to understand whats going on, call security and try to make the issue bigger then it already is. This store needs some MAJOR employee shifting as it's clear these people don't respect their customers and even laugh at them and make insane accusations when you tell them exactly what they did. Absolute shame on this store and I hope nobody else had to go through the same thing i did this holiday season. Incident has been reported to Walmart corporate and I will not spend another second In that store after what I had to go through because of someone who doesn't even understand the countries native language.
Came in to do some last minute christmas shopping. I asked an employee where I could find an item and was completely ignored. He treated me like he didn't know what I was saying and wouldn't help me. The cashier wont even look at you let alone say hello. The store was a mess. Ended up leaving the store without the item i originally came in for. Super disappointed with the snubby experience from Walmart of all place. Don't shop here.
Keynesita was wonderful . Not sure if spelled that correctly . I came in looking for a harder to find item . The young lady helped me find something similar since I couldn’t find what I was looking for . Cashier was very polite as well as the gentleman greeting me on the way in the store . Excellent customer service .
