Me and someone else watched a mouse jump into the bread. I went to go check it out to see if it was one off, but it looks as though it's made a home in the bread will be finishing shopping and not coming back to this location when we are done. Hopefully, they will take the bread off the bottom shelf and deal with these mice
Came here for a refund, cashier named Rasha helped us out. He went above and beyond to help us.It’s so rare to see such attentive and helpful service, we appreciate his help. Made us feel valuable and will be definitely back.
Extremely disappointed in my first Walmart grocery delivery. Placed an order yesterday and when it arrived today over half of the items were missing. The first offer was to fully refund the groceries, but that didn’t help me with the missing items. Finally was told they would redeliver them for me, but not for another 2 hrs because the store was busy and that I couldn’t be promised to have all the items if some were no longer in stock. Not exactly great customer service and no additional support for my inconvenience. I had never ordered groceries for delivery from Walmart before and honestly probably never will again if this is what can be expected.nnUpdate: Never ended up receiving my full order. Ended up just getting a refund and cutting my losses. Embarrassing process for a major company like this.
Customer Service NEVER answers their phone. Tried other departments when CS didn't answer, same issue. Great Customer Service. If you dont want to take calls, remove Customer Service phones. A Manager actually told us the staff will turn off the ringers, no point in having/paying for the phones.
NOT A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE, 4 of us were looking 4 wetsuits 4 a movie outing, the website said they had MULTIPLE of this specific blue wetsuit. We tried to call them and after 8 minutes of ringing we gave up. When we got to this doom lair of a location, we asked a worker where we would find said wetsuits and they said “oh probably in the clothing section” he’s lucky I didn’t clobber him on the spot because trust me it was clobbering time, there were zero wetsuits and it was not a fantastic time at Walmart.
