Costco has been offering a wide selection of products and has been excellent in terms of product quality. However, I believe there is a significant gap in their customer service. During my last visit, I informed the customer service representative at the service desk that I had received spoiled eggs from my previous purchase. The representative responded brusquely, asking me to bring at least 50% of the product back for an exchange or to provide pictures of the spoiled eggs. I explained to the representative that I was not seeking compensation but merely informing them of the issue so that they could be more careful when handling eggs in the future. Instead of being sympathetic and apologetic, the representative persisted in interrogating me, leaving me feeling unheard and unsatisfied.

I have a love hate relationship with this place, always so busy return line ups always seem to take at least 15 minutes.nIt’s just exhausting… however… deals can’t be beat so if you’re feeding a family on a budget a Costco membership is a must have.

Want to give a huge shout out to Mario in Dartmouth crossing!nThis man went above and beyond today. I was looking for an item and when we couldn't find it on the pallet with similar items, he went and got a pallet jack and pulled the pallet out so we could check around it. Turns out there was a few left on a pallet in behind it. He not only saved me a trip to Halifax but made me one happy mom! I was looking for that item for my daughter for Christmas. Thank you Mario! You deserve a pay raise :

Customer service section is bad, racist, and rude. They step it up when the CEO comes for visit, but other than that its really bad. The managers all know each other and are hired on nepotisim....so it doesn't matter if you complain unless you're able to record the employees racist rants and post it on social media...
