This is the most poorly staffed store I have ever been in. There is only 1 bank of changing rooms and one must walk through the entire store to find them with armada of clothing am not one person asks if they can help you.

Good products, although the prices are also high.  Having demo models out helps you make sure you like the product before you get it home.

Good selection, prices are ok. Usually there are better deals had online than in-store.

I don't recommend to purchase online. They are not good to take care of customers if there is a problem after online purchase.

One of the last truly great department stores. It's best years are behind it. First level of this store is well laid out. Second level is baren and neglected.
