Staff at the photo centre are friendly and especially helpful. Although this store can be a bit messy I like coming here, sometimes there are good sales and clearance items. Not a bad shopping experience so far! Nice to see they have autonomous cleaning robots, found it a bit funny with the headlights looking like little eyes.
This store is really very difficult. I don't recommend it, a few weeks ago I was there on a Saturday and Sunday. It's a total mess, the store is completely disorganized and the shelves are constantly empty. The frozen sector is chaotic. I think the store is very poorly managed, it would deserve a follow-up, because it doesn't seem to have replenishers. I posted some photos with the location of the shelves.
NOT COVID SAFE Staff were standing around, mean while there were no baskets at the front! I asked to speak to a manager and request her to have the employees who were standing around conversing NOT WORKING to put the un-atended, unclean, baskets at the front of the store and she refused in a disrespectful manour. This is not the walmart I grew up going to! I immediatly left and did not purchase a thing! Terrible service. *email sent to corporate office* I was treated like a criminal/theif while I was shopping by a female indo canadian employee wearing a yellow vest tonight December 5th, 2021. I was absolutely shocked at this treatment considering my dress and department was proper. I am shocked walmart treats their customers like this. I regret spending over $100 dollars at this disrespectful establishment tonight. I wish to formally follow up in regards to this poor treatment. Please contact me and respond to this post. I will be calling tomorrow to speak to a manager as there was "no manager on site" that night.
The worst Walmart store I have ever visited! Interior is old. Shopping busket is limited! Many items no price tag! You should stop photo promotion!!!! I went there twice for pickup order by driving 30km each time. first time photo center was colsed when I was there around 7PM. second time was no order for me because they missed most of promotion orders, and asked me to come again. No way! Save you photos!
Well stocked and friendly front staff. There's a huge parking available and the place is also huge.
Surprisingly well-stocked and varied selection here. Given that other shops have bare shelves, Wally seems to have unique channels not available to BB&B, Staples and others. Staff here are helpful and friendly. Paying for bags to haul away your loot always sucks but, overall, a worthwhile trip to get everything I needed.
Don't recommend at all. Staff treats you like you are going to steal their cheap items. They definitely profile you here. Better off with Superstore or Save On Foods which are Canadian owned; these stores are better looking and offer quality items and definitely treat their customers better regardless of how the customers are dressed and what culture they are.
I purchased a waterpik at this location. The girl that helped me was wonderfully helpful and walked me to the checkout. She told to take my time and don't rush. Just a helpful person, right? Well I paid cash which I never do. And since I was in a rush I managed to leave my wallet at the cashier. I did not notice until the next morning which was very disturbing to say the least. All my credit cards and Id. At least 300 dollars in the billfold. I had absolutely no idea where it was and took a chance that it was there at the store and drove there. The staff that greeted me at 7 am were truly concerned when I told them that I had lost my wallet and directed me to customer service. A lovely lady greeted me and asked a few identifying questions about the contents. There it was. This could have ended in so many bad ways but it turned out great. Any one of the individuals who saw the wallet could have easily taken money or credit cards. All the cash and cc remained untouched. These people were honest and cheerfully helped me. This was really refreshing and I bet a lot of these folks could have used a few extra hundred dollars at this time of year. A big thank you and your team is awesome. Merry Christmas. This is a great story.
The Quality of their fresh produce has been getting worse over the last few months now . Picked up a Fruit platter $14 with no way to inspect as it was sealed . Opened it within 2 hours of purchase to only discover that the fruits were not in edible condition and had a sour taste to it . Driving back and waiting in line for refund didn’t make sense just Because of high gas prices , waste of time and disappointment . Hopefully QA is able to bring up the standards back .
Extremely rude and unhelpful customer service. Especially Japneet, if that is even his real name claims to be the manager. Offers no help at all. I don’t even understand why he’s in customer service when he doesn’t have any customer service skills at all. He was useless and offered uneducated and careless responses to my issue. After I get my issue sorted out , this would be the last time I ever step foot in any Walmart.
