I have purchased two cars from this dealer. The first was a Saab 92x that I had no issues with and drove for two and a half years. The second was a subaru forrester. I had some issues with the forrester. The check engine light came on shortly after I purchased it and filled it up with gas. I called Jason and he came to my work, picked up my car and replaced the gas cap based on the code it was pulling from the CEL. A few days later it came on again. I let Jason know and he was going to get a smoke test done on my car. I also let him know it smelled like gas. He gave me a loaner car until he could figure out the issue. Jason replaced the gas tank in my new car, free of charge and let me keep the loaner until that was done. I have had the Forrester back for a week now and no further issues. Never before have I experienced a used car dealer that put that much effort in after the car was sold. He stands behind what he sells and provides excellent service to make sure his customers are happy. Even though I had issues with the second car, it was an issue that would not have been identifiable until the car was filled since it was a crack in the top of the has tank. Would definitely recommend this dealer. Easy to deal with, good prices and phenomenal customer service. Couldn't be happier !
