Walk-In Clinic at Walmart Brampton East by Jack Nathan Health

Quick service was the only positive thing. Receptionist weren't the politest and dr was very brief and when I asked him to check my child for something else he wouldn't and assumed baby was fine. Would never go back to that dr again.

I would like to give this a 0 star actually. The lady at the reception was so rude and hung up on me. Even after telling her that this was urgent all she said was u need to find another clinic as this place is busy like a zoo. Inspite of me pleading that this is urgent she decided to ignore and kept telling me to find some other place. my call was at 5:20 pm on 23rd sep 2017.

Was at this clinic for the first time, and was very impressed. Very well treated at the front-desk both on the phone and in-person, short wait time, and a very professional and knowledgeable doctor. The doctor, Dr. Okafor, took the time to listen, check symptoms, and act accordingly. Quick service, yet not rushed. Definitely recommend as a first option for a great clinic.

Very unprofessional receptionist! Was put on hold for 10 minutes as soon as receptionist picked up, twice. Then receptionist claimed they haven't received my blood work results when the lab confirmed they have sent them over. When confronted, the receptionist said "I don't need this from you!" and hangs up! Very rude service, I won't be coming back.
