Clearly saying no appointment needed when went inside they asked we don’t accept without appointment. Also, you should put we don’t accept below age 65 its never mentioned outside. Will not gonna recommend.

Doctor Vanvat is very polite and caring. He always listens to your problem carefully and wisely advices accordingly. I would also like to say that one of their receptionist Sonia is the best in customer service. She respects everyone's time and tries to cooperate as much as she can. I really appreciate her. Keep it up...

Doctors were good but receptionist was horrible always give hard time no manners to understand the situations,very rough .

Worst medical center with worst doctors... They do not k ow the meaning of appointment. Have to wait more than the walking clinics even if you go there with appointment... If you want to waste your time... you can visit them..

If I could give this place negatives, I most definately would. If you wanna live, don't go to this clinic. This clinic is absolute garbage. I have had my fair share many time. I have tried to be patient and understanding but I have had enough. The front deck clerks ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORSE. I have never met such despicable human beings in my life. Since this clinic opened, I've tried many times to be as understanding as possible but at this point I'd rather go to no clinic than go to this one. Save yourselves and never go to this clinic.

Doctor Baath is my family doctor from a very long time and he is very good. But sometimes I do think to change the doctor because of the bad service of the receptionist. I am still with them only because of this one girl named SONIA MALHOTRA. She is the only one who talk nicely and is very professional and I do appreciate her . I request to the receptionist that they should be more professional because doctors are very good at their job. This medical centre is getting lot of bad reviews only because of the unprofessional behavior of SOME RECEPTIONIST.

Dr. Vanvat has been our family doctor. He is very patient and polite. He listens to our health problems and a pleasant doctor to come to. BUT the receptionist Aman is sooooo rude!! She has zero knowledge of what customer service actually is!! She will behave as if she is the only one working in Canada and we patients are stupid to be calling though we are in pain or trouble and we need to talk to or see the doctor urgently. I have no clue how doctors are allow their patients to be treated this way!!

This walk-in clinic is hardly a walk in. If you don’t know the receptionists personally, I hope you enjoy sitting in the waiting room for over an hour. The receptionists put their friends and and families before your booked appointment and will make you wait way beyond what you first intended. There is minimal professional- it’s as if they don’t want to be there and serving you is loathsome. The only way to get proper service is to stand up to them and even then they’ll gossip about you loudly. I’m not sure how much they make but with attitudes like that, they shouldn’t be working at all. I’d recommend going to another place.

Unprofessional staff. They don't know how to talk to people. Every time I go to this "walk in clinic" they are always booked yet they have the biggest walk in clinic sign outside. When I call them they don't pick up, they have done this multiple times. I walked in 5 mins after they opened up and I was told they were booked for the entire day. When I wanted to make an appointment for sometime down the week they said they were booked for the entire week.

Worst clinic with worst customer service. They will NEVER call you pro-actively to book any follow-up or annual check-up appointments. You can't goto their office due to COVID but they don't even pick up the call when you call them. Finally picked up on my 2nd attempt today and told me I am not a "regular" patient so Dr.Baath won't see me. I said no one picks the call and she said how come no one picked the call since 2020. Pre-COVID, back in 2018, this doctor FAILED to refer me to kidney specialist because he ignored the red flags in my urine report. I blame myself more but thanks to his delay year or so, I will have to live with chronic kidney disease for rest of my life. SAVE your life & health, STAY AWAY!
