Dr. Ullah is rude individual and a poor doctor. He is good at chatting people up but not good at treating them. He plays favourites with his patients which is un ethical in a medical institution. Please avoid him as a medical practitioner.

Nobody picks up whenever I call at this clinic which is strange because couple of days back whenever I called the receptionist always picked up calls and responded. So I'm assuming they are just ignoring phone calls now.

The worst experience ever. Would never recommend to anyone else. Some of the front desk staffs are very rude. We visited this clinic only because of our family doctor Dr.Leema Dookhoo who is really good and approachable.

Dr. Ullah is the most attentive physician i have had. He listens to your concerns and will run all necessary test to ensure you get the best health care. It's hard to find a doctor you can trust these days and I put my trust in him for all my family's health care needs. The staff are also very kind and helpful.

Dr. Kawami is the best family doctor I've ever had. I have been seeing her for 7 years and her support has been fantastic. The receptionist are so kind and always get me in and out very quickly. The pharmacy also has wonderful staff. Overall it's always a good experience to go see the doctor and I've never been able to say that before.

Dr. Kamawi is possibly the worst doctor I've ever had. Doesn't take the time to listen to your concerns and dismisses you right away. It seems that she just wants to race to see how many patients she can get through within the hour. She actually told me to come back another day to see another doctor at the clinic because she couldn't help me.. I honestly don't know how we get doctors like these in the profession.

One of the best Doctors office in Ontario. I have to appreciate kind of service which i got from Doctor Ullah and also from the staff. They are so kind, polite and caring. One of the staff member Vandana Shukla takes care of people in amazing way and she is definitely an Asset for Castlemore Health Center. :

Dr.Ulla was at another clinic in Brampton, when he left I followed him to his new office and I took my entire family along, its a bit out of the way from where I lived but it's worth it. He's not only a very caring doctor, he's a person that shows genuine concern for all his patients and he remembers them all by first name. My only complain is that people waste his time for some of the most unnecessary problems, such as a cold. He should be a role model to other doctors especially the ones in his own clinic.

Do not go here! Went into the walk-in clinic for a bad cough and breathing problems, I waited 45 mins for a 5 min talk with the doctor. He I forgot his name told me to just go home and take some Buckley's. A week later I went to another doctor and he told me I have horrible bronchitis. If caught early, it would of been easily treated. Now I need to take all these medications and inhalers for something that could of been easily treated a week ago!! Very annoying! I won't be coming back...

Like others have said stick with doctor Ullah. He's extremely nice and shows genuine concern. Possibly the best Dr I have ever encountered at a walk in clinic. The exact opposite can be said about Dr. Kamawi. She rushes you out as soon as possible and shows 0 sense of concern.
