I don’t know what everyone is talking about but this clinic is excellent! Dr hurdle is incredible. Every walk-in doctor I have seen has been extremely helpful and accommodating. The nurses are extremely patient and gentle and the staff is not rude .. Alicia at the front desk is very efficient and helpful

When you call, you have to listen to a long ass spiel that you MUST listen to before you even get the opportunity to talk to someone. (I think they did this to deter people from calling... next when you go in, the atmosphere isn’t friendly and welcoming, you get the sense that the nurses behind the counter just go to work for their paycheque don’t really care too much about the patients. The 2 star rating perfectly depicts how good or “not so good in this case” of an establishment this is now onto the doctors. When I go in for walk-ins I usually don’t get treated by my family doctor and the person that does treat me is usually fantastic and is very personable. My family doctor on the other hand just appears to rush the whole process and I feel that my concerns aren’t truly taken seriously. Maybe that’s just their job, and I’m just overreacting but I feel that there needs to be a complete switch in how you feel going here. I hate writing reviews and this is probably my second time writing a review for anything, so I hope that they can take this feedback to positively make changes

Stay away would give 0 stars if possible. Receptionist argue everything, trying to explain the most ridiculous things. If it wasn’t because I am almost done my allergy shots I will never come back. Clinic opens at 9:30 on saturdays and the doctor will not be here apparently for 20 minutes, response from the receptionist is that is the doctors discretion when to come in, are you serious. Different doctors apparently have different policies, one doctor told the nurses to just give me my shot as I have been there before and received multiple shots and monitor me for 20 mins (which makes sense), another doctor said she wanted to see me before the shot and that her policy was different mean while she doesn’t ask anything other than “allergy shots today?”, they work at the same clinic but the have different policies apparently, what a joke. I told the receptionist it seems this is a money grab from you guys, her response was “you guys, you can’t use those words”, she is Indian, I am brown Spanish with an accent just like she does wow what a joke. Stay away.

Brought my 16 month old daughter in and sat for an hour and a half and people that came in after us got seen by the doctor before us. Really frustrating especially when my daughter wants to run around and is getting ancy herself.
