Myself and my family have gone to this location for both a motor vehicle accident and regular/atheletic benefit needs. All staff members from the receptionists, to the specialists are thorough, and make sure that your specific needs are met. Customer service skills are excellent and you truly feel that your family is in good hands and these specialist do all that they can do for you. Benefit processing is taken care of which can usually become quite complex especially with combining two benefit companies but Rani is so amazing at taking it out of your hands and doing it for you. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this clinic.

For sports related physiotherapy, Giancarlo is the guy to see. He helped me get back onto the pitch, pain free, in less time than I anticipated. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to him in the future, if needed.

Was introduced to CBI via an MVA and can't say enough about the care and empathy from the entire team. The quality of physio along with the state of the art equipment makes each visit and progress simple. The PT is also well versed in Sports rehab for you and older athletes and will assist your recovery.

Going to CBI has been an excellent experience, great, effective treatment in a professional environment. Giancarlo and Jenn are very friendly, professional, caring and helpful. I have been a client since August 2016 and will continue to go there for quality care.
