This place has everything. Vinyl, cds, great prices. Definitely a must stop there when in mchenry.

Tim prices his used records fairly, and indicates quality clearly on the sleeve.  He also has a decent selection of new records, along with rarities and imports.  My record collection has benefited greatly from being close to this store.  I don't find a gem every time I visit, but more often than not I do.

anyone who left less than four stars are likely 

A) new to buying vinyl and don't understand the rush of finding used, rare or otherwise unreleased albums by one of our favorite artists.  The used records go for 1-10 dollars a pop.    

B) the kind of people who complain about everything.  

We are lucky to have two local record stores in the same town to shop in.  Browsing through Reckless and Amazon is a soulless experience.

Fantastic shop! I've bought multiple albums here on several different occasions, all have been in excellent condition and priced very fairly.

Nice shop! Great selection and prices! I love the seperate post punk section, saves me alot of time. And the bunny is just the icing on the cake!!
