1 star for the workers! Prices are eBay prices and sometimes much higher... free items should not be full retail or higher.. this place has become money hungry....

I always come here and its been great! Today i am very dissapointed. There was a huge round mirror on the floor, my son and his father walked by it and it fell and broke. I was looking at the clothing near by where this happened and the employee was going on and on about how "NOBODY WATCHES THEIR KIDS" she was then saying some other stuff under her breath and thats when I had enough! I told her those kids she is talking about are MINE and i do not appteciate her talking about them. My husband and oldest son even tried picking it up! Then she says I dont understand what she goes through all day! That is not my problem, she chose to work retail. I then went to the front and asked who the manager is here and she said its a red headed lady with her hair up... Then I explained to her what happened and she said that the employee who i encountered was the "manager" but this person did not have red hair. I guess she was just covering for her employee. Oh well! I really loved this place but I dont think I will visit anymore.

Great place except it seems to be falling apart now. Last time here power went out all registers went down and couldn't buy anything. This is second attempt and fire alarm went off (2nd false alarm of the day according to an employee) now we are all outside waiting to get their costume.

The employees I met were very nice, but the store not so much. I have visited several Goodwill stores in and around my town, but this was the worst one. The store was very unorganized with clothes mixed with other sizes, no signs showing the section of clothes. There also was a lot of Halloween costumes hanging over the entrance of the aisles. The problem with that was that they hung so low that I had to duck under them every time I went down several aisles & I am only 5'4. Talk about a store that needs some serious reorganization!

Decent things can be found here. A bit hit and miss, but I have managed to get some decent things here. They've gotten overpriced as the entire Goodwill name has, but this place is not as terrible as others. As one other review mentioned; There is a nasty rude re-seller that frequents this store. He's very arrogant and very annoying, and he will follow you around. As the other person also commented that he'll say to anything good "That's mine", just ignore him, unless it's in his cart, or his hands, I have grabbed it and said tough luck, not all of us are eBay sellers. The guy is a jerk, don't let him ruin your day and shopping experience. I don't. Good deals can be found here. Worth looking at.
