Just like car dealerships, mattress stores also create fake Gmail accounts to boost the ratings. They bank on people not looking behind the reviewer and seeing how many reviews they’ve left for other locations which in turn gives credibility to the reviewer. This location as well as American Mattress are actually probably some of the worst stores in McHenry. Just like car dealerships, the sales reps are sneaky and conniving. They don’t have to be truthful with you. If the store was truly five stars, people would be coming from all over the world.
I had recently visited American mattress and that was a nightmare. I thought this place might be a little bit better and I have to admit, it was but still, a lot of pressure. Now, thinking of going the mattress and a box way. It just sucks that car salesman and mattress salesman seem to think that pressuring people is the way to go and it’s just a massive turn off.

Knowledgeable sales man. Not pushy or gimicky, engaged in my needs and explained positives of many brand's. Beds are built very different than 20yrs ago, here in McHenry Illinois Paul spent hours explaining material, build and having us sample. Greatly appreciate him and mattress firm.

Just stopped in to checkout their mattress selection a couple min before closing. I didn't realize they closed at 8, but the salesman didn't mind. He spent the next 45 min with us explaining the difference between everything and helping us out. Obviously we don't buy mattresses everyday or every year but if we did I wouldn't think twice about coming to this spot and seeing Tim. Down to earth guy who seems like he knows a thing or 2 about the needs of people who sleep :D

Dalton is very personable. He is very knowledgeable of the products. He is not pushy but rather shows concern for the customer needs. He was very helpful in finding a purchase for our budget and offering ways we can save. Thank You for  a wonderful mattress shopping experience.

Manager was very helpful in finding me a bed that was perfect for me! Was able to arrange shipping to my new home at school, which relieved a lot of the moving stress!
