No communication skills, will jack up price of repair without notification, rude woman, repair man hides in back, 5% if you use a credit card to pay! Find someone/anyone else to repair your clock.

Nick from McHenry Clock is a very thorough clock repair man. It's hard to find someone who knows what he's doing in this day and age. I highly recommend him

Had a new movement put in three years ago by this place. I took it in to be oiled after the three year recommendation. The clock was working fine until I took it to back to them. I talked to the woman there over the phone who was very nasty and rude and was told that the movement was much older. I had paid for a new one. They either charged me for an older movement or swapped it out during the oiling. Stay away from this place. They are dishonest. After spending about $400.00 I have a clock that doesn't work right.

Late with repair and showed up late to return clock, very rude and lost numbers of face of clock. The only response was well no one is perfect. Well they sure had no problem taking my 800$

I took my grandmas clock to them and they did fix it. I broke one of the hands on the clock they said it would be $15 to fix. When I went in to see if they fixed it they said it would be $45 to fix it and $150 to do an overhaul on it . I already pay them 250 to do an overhaul on it. This place is unbelievable, I would never go back!
