If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I purchased both of my prom dresses, and my wedding dress at Kathryn's and I couldn't be happier! My bridesmaids also got their dresses at Kathryn's and they made it so easy and were so helpful to work with. My grandma also got her dress there, and they were so patient and helpful at getting her dresses to look at. The dresses came in in the time period they specified, they altered my dress beautifully and held all of my dress and accessories until the wedding to make sure it was steamed and perfectly pressed. All of the staff are so kind, and helpful, and they really listen to what you want. I HIGHLY recommend Kathryn's!

Good variety of dresses on the expensive side like $1000-$4000 range and most seemed to be on the higher end. I guess you need an appointment which I did make but the sales ladies are very judgemental. You can just tell they look down on you if you look like you don't have money. They don't really let you pick what you want out. They pick what they think is best for you, which I guess is their job, but the don't really know what I want you know? Also they rushed me out of there. They said it would take 6+ months for the dress to be ordered and come in and 2+ months for alterations. Also the store is pretty cramped and I was constantly running in to people and felt like I was in the way, which I thought was ridiculous because I had made an appointment.

Kathryn's was the first place I went to when I started my dress shopping journey. All staff there were very friendly and accommodating. We worked with Lanna and she listened to everything I said about what style I was looking for. We were allowed to shop the racks and pick out the ones I wanted to try on. Lanna asked questions about every dress I tried on and to help me find the right one and was very patient with my indecisiveness. I found the perfect dress, but wanted to think about it first. We then went to Davids Bridal, but after the star treatment we received at Kathryn's, and the designer dresses they had, David's Bridal was no match. We needed up returning to Kathryn's the next day and bought my perfect dress. Don't even bother shopping at the big warehouse stores, Kathryn's provides a personal and professional shopping experience that nowhere else can.

What a wonderful experience we the Dawes have had at Kathryn's Bridal. Wonderful staff. The ladies that have worked with our entire wedding party have shown elegantence, compassion, professionalism and most importantly have made a wonderful experience for our daughter.

I had been getting prom / bridesmaids / special occasion dresses from Kathryn's for years, so when it came time for a Bridal gown, this was naturally my first choice. My experience was seamless and the BEST experience with them yet! They spent the time I needed, helped me find the perfect gown (despite me being extremely indecisive) and the seamstress fit the dress to my body like a glove. I then worked with them to find the perfect bridesmaid gowns, mother of the bride and groom dresses, grandmother dresses, and tuxes! Our whole party looked flawless. Plus, we got some one on one time with Kathryn herself - She is the absolute QUEEN of dresses.
