I loved everything about Kathryn’s from the moment I stepped through the doors. The ambience is sophisticated & yet down-to-earth and welcoming. Every single dress is a stunner! I was impressed that my stylist allowed me and my mom to browse the dresses & select a few before suggesting anything; it made me feel like I was allowed to direct the process, unlike other bridal shops that insisted on choosing for me. I had the best wedding dress shopping experience at Kathryn’s Bridal! There were SO many options and styles of dresses. The associate I worked with Lanna was so amazing and patient with my mom and I during our first visit. Lanna actually picked out the dress I ended up buying! It was such a good experience that BOTH my mom and sister bought their mother of the bride and maid of honor dresses there too! Thanks for everything! :
I would recommend Kathryn’s Bridal to anyone!! Everyone I spoke with before my appointment was extremely helpful in making sure they had an idea of the styles/designer's/specific dresses I was looking at. When I arrived, everyone was so inviting and made me feel so comfortable. When I got into the dressing room, there were at least 10 dresses pulled from links I had sent them before my appointment! I did not feel rushed, I had plenty of time to talk through my options, and was given fantastic advice. This made my day feel so special and allowed me to find the one very easily! This is the place to go if you are looking for the best dress shopping experience!
I bought my wedding dress from Kathryn's and absolutely loved the entire experience from start to finish!nnKatheryn's was the last bridal shop I went to after going to check out 15 other bridal shops. Another family member had gotten her dress from Kathryn's and I decided to check them out. Right of the bat, Kathryn's has a big and diverse selection of dresses to fit any style but more importantly than that in my opinion is how helpful and great the staff is.nnAs a very indecisive and anxious bride, the staff was SO patient and accommodating with me and truly made me feel comfortable not only during choosing my dress but also my dress fitting appointments.nnWhen I got the call that my dress had come in and needed to go try it on, Laura, who was going to do my dress alterations was actually on her day off but since the staff saw that I was traveling from 2 hours away, without me asking, Laura went out of her way to come in on her day off to do my first fitting so that I would save myself an extra trip in the future. Laura did an amazing job altering my dress to fit just right!nnI felt beautiful and confident in my dress that day. I would recommend any bride to come to Kathryn's to not only find the perfect dress but also work with such caring and trustworthy staff!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Everything about Kathryn's Bridal exceeded all of my expectations. It was a one stop shop for me and found my dream wedding dress during my first visit. The entire staff is so warm and welcoming and treat you like family. From making my appointments to visiting the store for various try ons to answering all of my questions in between, Kathryn's Bridal definitely knows what they are doing. They have so much knowledge and experience being able to listen to what you are looking for and being able to select the exact dresses that match your desires. I could not recommend Kathryn's Bridal enough!
