From the very moment I walked into Kathryn’s myself and my entire party felt very comfortable. The team and my stylist made the experience incredible. They were very accommodating to my grandmas who both have mobility restrictions and made the yes moment perfect! Lana was so kind and really allowed me to see all my options. I was able to say yes to both a dress and a veil at Kathryn’s. Can’t wait to continue working with them for alterations in the future.nnMy mom loved Kathryn’s so much that she came back to look for her mother of the bride dress which again was an incredible experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Kathryn’s to friends and family looking for either a wedding gown, mother of the bride, or any other special event dress!
Kathryn’s Bridal gave the best customer service and experience! Everyone there is ready to help you find your dream dress. Walking in they were all so kind and welcoming and listened to all the things you were looking for! Their shop is so cute and provides you with so many options to choose from. I had such a fun time walking around searching for the one!
From the moment I walked in, the experience was warm, welcoming, and completely stress-free. The team was confident, knowledgeable, and never pushy—making it easy to focus on how I felt. I said yes to the very first gown I tried on! The luxurious fabric and timeless elegance were everything I dreamed of.nnThe alterations were just as amazing. The seamstress was so talented and precise, making the dress feel like it was made just for me. Kathryn’s Bridal made saying “yes” the easiest part of wedding planning!
Kathryn's Bridal is the place to go!!! Lanna is incredible, and the staff are all so friendly. Their selection is amazing, they have so many BEAUTIFUL plus sized dresses. It was amazing to actually fit in the dresses I was trying on. Lanna reached out ahead of time to ask about what I was looking for and even texted about finding certain designers and styles for me. I had a unique request I thought would be challenging and Lanna reassured me that they'd handled requests like that all the time. The day of, Lanna made me feel completely at ease, supported anything I needed and put ZERO pressure on me. I got to lead the entire day- pick the dresses I wanted to see, with a few suggestions from Lanna, and when I did find THE DRESS, Lanna just quietly stepped back and let me and my party talk through it. She knew exactly what I needed and if you're looking for a dress, I'm certain she'll know exactly what you need too! Go to Kathryn's and ask for Lanna!
If I could leave 10 stars I would! I feel like I was so spoiled during the dress buying and dress alterations process after talking to other brides!! I worked with Laura who did all my alternations and she is not only talented, but such a pleasure to be around!! The ladies who work here are amazing, and make you feel like the most beautiful bride every time you come in for an appointment. I’m beyond grateful for their dress buying and alterations experience I had here, and I couldn’t recommend Kathryn’s Bridal more!!!!
