Great place to shop, but if you want the membership discount, and you haven't used it in awhile, have fun sitting in check out for another 15-20 minutes.

The staff seems to always be quite busy but they never act grouchy or rude. They're always helpful and patient. The clothing and accessories are all quality items and if I shop at Kohl's often (which I do) the rewards and coupons are well worth it. I honestly think that some (if not all) clothing manufacturers sell better quality items to Kohl's and lower quality items to big box stores (I won't mention names). And no, I don't work for or have any investment in Kohl's of any sort. I just like to look good and, of course, so does my family and friends.

Rude customer service women and seemed to not care about customer questions. I was told that I'm not the demographic (I'm a man) that they aim at and was clearly not concerned with my complaint.

They have some great deals but they are notoriously messy and very unorganized. There are very few workers around of you are in need of help a lot of the time which is unfortunate. The employees I have interacted with have been very nice and helpful!
