Organisme sans but lucratif qui a comme mission de gérer le Vieux Palais de Justice de L'Assomption, nom donné à l'édifice qui est devenu à partir de 1992 un centre communautaire et culturel après plusieurs phases de restauration. Haut-lieu de tournages et berceau de la ceinture fléchée (1832).
