I never leave reviews but i’m just so disappointed my shower didn’t have hot water after a long day working in the cold outside all day I was really looking forward to a hot shower. Also the room doesn’t have a microwave and I happened to have packed a dinner that needs to be heat up. Just an unlucky day for me!
Nice hotel, clean and beautiful, staff are friendly eland very polite.nA good breakfast with service, the madam is very lovely and helpful.
Room was not attended to at all for the 5 day stay. No new towels, no making the bed, no emptying the garbage. Police on site one night and the rooms are not soundproof, everyone can hear you people down the hall in 405 that's for you.
This hotel stay has been great the staff are friendly and the restaurant top notch over all VERY good.
It is a great place, but the staff is better, the client feels that they are important to them. It is the place that I will alwas go again. Thanks
