This is one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. The front desk manager is lacking professionalism skills and respect tbh. My husband complained about the fact that breakfast was payable while they had no choice on it other than cereals and coffee. The manager took it personal and felt offended for some reason, and responded by if you don’t like it like this then just leave and book elsewhere wait what? Who are you to talk to customers like that? I’m sure the hotels owner himself would never dare disrespecting a customer like that and also will not be happy that one of the employers did actually disrespect a customer. In addition to that, I was still sleeping in the room while housekeeper opened the door to come in, I freaked out and said who are you! She left without even saying anything we did put the do not disturb notice on the door knob. This hotel’s stuff are not professional whatsoever especially when the disrespect comes from a ‘manager’.
Overall good value for money. The room was very clean, comfortable, spacious, isolated corner room, good noise isolation and suitable for a stay with a baby. The breakfast was alright, however we had a breakfast in turns, so when my husband went to eat around 8AM there was no omelette anymore... They didn't seem to refill it either.nThe elevator was smoke-stinky. Apart from the fact it was a single elevator in the hotel.nI learned it's a convenient place to stay if you heading to Quebec City afterwards, as it is located a bit outside of Montreal. When booking - overlooked this detail.
Beautiful rooms, very modern. Super comfy beds and pillows! Inside pool that made you feel like it was private and all your own. We'll definitely stay here again!
The staff was friendly and the room was very clean but for some reason not very sound proof. We kept hearing vibrations and bangs from the stairwell. Our room was the last at the corridor and on the top floor. The pool was clean but a bit too cold and the membrane was very uneven underwater leaving lots of folds and a very bizarre sensation when walking around. But there were towels by the pool so that was a plus. I booked this hotel last minute since our pickup is too large for a lot of the similarly priced hotels downtown and the parking was great. We did not end up having the on-site breakfast since we were in a rush.
Great service, very clean and pleasant. Would prefer choice of less lofty pillows, since my neck hurts this morning after 1 night. Solid fast food next door, and Wal-Mart and Canadian Tire within walking distance. Would suggest changing out the carpet in the hallways upstairs, but grateful there is no carpet in the rooms! The breakfast cost was lower than advertised on the website I booked on, just $11 adults and $8 kids with fresh pastry selection.
