The staff was friendly and the room was very clean but for some reason not very sound proof. We kept hearing vibrations and bangs from the stairwell. Our room was the last at the corridor and on the top floor. The pool was clean but a bit too cold and the membrane was very uneven underwater leaving lots of folds and a very bizarre sensation when walking around. But there were towels by the pool so that was a plus. I booked this hotel last minute since our pickup is too large for a lot of the similarly priced hotels downtown and the parking was great. We did not end up having the on-site breakfast since we were in a rush.
Beautiful rooms, very modern. Super comfy beds and pillows! Inside pool that made you feel like it was private and all your own. We'll definitely stay here again!
Great service, very clean and pleasant. Would prefer choice of less lofty pillows, since my neck hurts this morning after 1 night. Solid fast food next door, and Wal-Mart and Canadian Tire within walking distance. Would suggest changing out the carpet in the hallways upstairs, but grateful there is no carpet in the rooms! The breakfast cost was lower than advertised on the website I booked on, just $11 adults and $8 kids with fresh pastry selection.
The hotel was clean and tidy but not the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Two or three times there sounded like arguments in the hallways, decided to move to another hotel for the remainder of my time in Montréal for various reasons!
Decided with my friend to do a quick jigsaw puzzle in the lobby at night. Front desk person was very rude when we asked for a small piece of paper. We were told to go to our room as there would be a pad of paper there.nnThe room numbers are weird in the hallways. The numbers don't follow the normal pattern of one after the other.nnThe pool was freezing and the pool liner is very loose.
