Hôtel Château Joliette

Convenient location for my work. Rooms are clean. Not much to do in cold weather. No microwaves in room but there is a shared one. There is a restaurant and a bar. Have had the breakfast and ordered room service. Food is ok but there are better options in joliette.

This is a really beautiful location overlooking the Assumption River. The staff are friendly and the service in the restaurant was excellent. The price for breakfast was rather high.nnDinner was absolutely excellent.nnWould definitely stay here again!nnEdit July 6, 2024nnWe are back for a few days. Had dinner at Table G in the hotel. We had cod and poutine appetizers. Very very tasty! Our entrees were the Tofu Poke Bowl and the Chateau Burger which were excellent.nnThe highlight of the evening though was our server Mariann. She was attentive, humourous and engaging. We have reserved a table for this evening and hopefully she will be on duty.nnOn another note, the front desk staff here are amazing. Incredibly friendly and accommodating. We love staying here!

NO BREAKFAST SERVED?!! NOT EVEN TOAST. STAFF REFUSED TO GIVE MY HUSBAND AN EXTRA COFFEE POD!! UNBELIEVABLE... AREN'T HOTELS SUPPOSED TO BE ABOUT HOSPITALITY? REFUSING TO GIVE A GUEST A SINGLE EXTRA COFFEE POD. IF THAT ISN'T THE EPITOME OF BAD SERVICE I DONT KNOW WHAT IS. NEVER AGAIN. DONT STAY HERE IF YOU LIKE FOOD AND COFFEE! TRULY THE MOST BIZARRE HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!

If you are staying in Joliett, this is the place. Great location, excellent food however is pricey. Rooms are very clean. No pool or hot tub.

Went to a wedding in the area. Everything was great except there s only one elevator and I think weddings are frequent in that hotel. We did have to wait a bit to get up to our room, took the stairs to get down. GreatnPillows!
