Hôtel Château Joliette

Food is great, the rooms are okay and the bed is comfortable but there is a lot of light in the morning so make sure you close your blinds properly. the AC was not working or barely. The restaurant has a nice vibe and a great view to the river. The salmon tartare is amazing. The breakfast is as sad as it can be. barely any choice, specially for the price.

Hôtel Château Joliette is a gem! The staff is so friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you arrive. The restaurant was a highlight — delicious food and great service.

What to say. Service personalized, you actually get real people on the phone when you call and they’re the same employees when you call again, they actually try, with a good attitude, to help you in any way they can, and cater to your needs, plus it’s affordable. The building seems a bit aged, there is only 1 elevator that is a bit old and the stairs location are not intuitive, but that’s the only hiccup. The outside area is beautiful. There is nothing else that a 5-star service could require to be described 5-star, at the very least.

This was a very good stay this past weekend, as the location was perfect, and the service outstanding. The front desk manager Christophe truly went above and beyond to ensure i had a great stay. He was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. The room was a bit dated, and the price is a bit steep for how small Joliette is. But the customer service was incredible!

They did not tell me I would be charged every day for breakfast. I only had breakfast 4 days and was charged every day for a 17 day stay.
