VI Fitness Centre for Women

So nice to find a place where I can work out without men around AND I can get a tan without making an extra stop

My first experience here was when i was a student at Vancouver Island University for the department of Sports and Rec. I came in to shadow a trainer for my career of choice. It was an amazing experience and the trainer i shadowed was very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing and she then became my mentor. That extra guidance and her expertise is what pushed me further than i could have on my own. The facilty is a nice place to come and workout and not feel like your being judged. There is an amazing variety of Group Fitness Classes.

The staff here are awesome! It's a very comfortable place to work out, with a great environment, and everyone is very friendly!

Very very poor customer service that is all I can say about VI fitness. Go somewhere else.
