I have been going to fitness excellence for many years now . It’s an amazing gym with great staff always there to help members .The owner is very knowledgeable friendly and always so welcoming!! The gym equipment is being upgraded constantly and has a very positive atmosphere. It’s truly the best gym I could ever ask for !! Thanks Fitness Excellence for being so awesome!!!

I signed a 1 year contract in 2021, after that it was month to month. I moved to a different town for which i called the gym staff to check what steps i have to follow in order to cancel the membership. I was told to bring the fob back and sign the form EOM, thats what i did but they charged for another month saying i had to give a month notice. How on the earth i would even know when its nowhere written in month to month membership nor their staff mentioned it.nnThey said i can come to the gym until month end. Which doesnt even make sense since its almost an hour drive from my town. They don’t cooperate or understand the circumstances
