To honour, without compromise, the principles of Bikram’s Yoga as instructed by Bikram Choudhury founder of Bikram Yoga International.

To support & guide each student’s unique path towards health & wellness, by giving individual attention and offering modifycation of depth when necessary without changing the essence of the yoga.

To contribute positively to our community and environment we:

Products

Our beautiful little boutique features the latest in Hot Yoga wear for men and women. We pride our self in offering high quality products created by fair trade companies that manufacture their products in the country of origin, and pay their employees competitive wages. Our suppliers use specialized materials that wick moisture away from the body, allowing for a much more comfortable class. They can also be washed repeatedly
without piling or losing elasticity, an important feature when practicing Bikram yoga regularly!

Our lines include Brazilian based Shakti Active Wear, and Onzie from California, a fabulous line of Hot yoga wear with a wide selection of styles to suit every body type!

We carry yoga mat's and towels by Manduka, in a variety of colours and price points. Glass water bottles by BKR and insulated bottles from Hydro Flask.
Our local/ Canadian suppliers include Healing bliss botanicals, a wonderfully natural line of products for yourself and your home made from natural ingredients with love!
Routine ( made in AB) This amazing De - Odor cream is one of our best sellers. It's all natural, comes in a pretty glass jar and lasts 6- 9 months!
