I have been a client of Ryan's for a number of years now and he has been an exceptional part of my fitness turnaround.  Ryan has a great ability to push you very hard and he keeps the workouts interesting and dynamic while insuring that each exercise is performed perfectly.  I find him an excellent resource for everything related to my fitness goals.  Ryan is the complete package and I couldn't be happier with his personal training. Very happy! I was hesitant when first considering hiring a trainer but I'm VERY HAPPY my girlfriend convinced me to see Ryan. He's got this great way of making you comfortable and at the same time exhausted from exercising. I'm Loving it!
