Excellent kids and adults classes. The most reasonably priced studio I have visited in the valley. Drop in, punch pass, and membership options. Also the best selection number of evening and weekend classes around.

I have been studying Yoga for over 15 years and I have to honestly say that Holy Cow is my fave. studio ever! The beautiful old hard wood floors are comforting to stretch into & the instructors and kind as well as knowledgable. I would refer anybody of any age or caliber to try some classes at Holy Cow. Last winter I also participated in a Saturday Ballet class which was actually really run. Holy Cow is not expensive nor exclusive with a warm cozy atmosphere, free filtered water & a small consignment 'Mootique' to boot! Holy Cow is situated on Cliff right next to a Gluten Free Bakery in Courtenay. Hope to meet you there! Namaste.
