Eden Therapy RMT Acupuncture Yoga Pilates

I've been to yoga classes at Eden Therapy for several months now and love everything about it - the location, the studio and the instructors. Location - easy to get to, lots of parking in the area and afterwards you're right in the heart of things in downtown Courtenay. The Studio - bright and airy, welcoming. She has all the props you might need readily available. Nice touches too such as Thieves aromatherapy to clean your mat. You can handily book into classes online. Instructors - Naomi and Megan have both been great. Excellent feedback on how you are positioning and the ability and willingness to work with any specific issues. I am not experienced and feel comfortable in all my classes so far.

Naomi creates a welcoming and warm environment. Classes are informative, interactive and provide a range of movements to accommodate all levels of experience.

Lovely massage! Naomi was so personable and kind. Her attentiveness towards your wishes and concerns was really reassuring. Would definitely go back!

Naomi thoughtfully listens to you and then formalizes a plan to best attend to your individual concerns. She has a strong understanding of muscle anatomy and kinesiology and in time will find the root of your problem. I would definitely recommend Naomi to others.
