We are very happy with the service we received from the team at Vernon Hyundai when we bought our Tuscon a month ago. Evan was our sales person and was fantastic to work with. Everyone that we spoke with and dealt with were genuinely friendly and helpful. Not once did we feel pressured which we really appreciated. We also appreciated the follow up call from Evan to see if we had any questions. Excellent customer service!

The service you receive at Vernon Hyundai is outstanding! They truly do take care of their customers, and go above and beyond when accommodating different needs. I have been getting my Santa Fe serviced at Vernon Hyundai for the past 2 years now, even though I live in Kelowna. Mike and his team in the service department always greet you with a warm welcoming, and really make you feel like family. They are hands-down the best dealership in the Okanagan!!

VERNON HYUNDAI WERE EXCELLENT, THEY PERFORMED THE WORK ON TIME AS PROMISED, THEY KEPT THE COST AS THEY PROMISED, IT"S JUST A REAL TREAT TO HAVE HONEST PEOPLE WORKING ON MY CAR, THANK YOU

I can’t say enough about the service I received here. They defined going above and beyond to a new level. They took a bad day and turned it into a great day with their friendly staff, (big thank you to Mike and Sean!) understanding attitudes and great service. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place, best Hyundai I have been too! Thank you again 🙌

We recently purchased a 2017 Santa Fe. Jesse Nicholson was the sales person whom we were privileged to deal with. Jesse responded to emails and questions in a timely and professional manner. Thank you Jesse for going above and beyond in ensure that all our needs were met. This is our second Hyundai through Vernon Hyundai and we appreciate your willingness, professionalism and service.
