Searched many vendors, local and online. This one, Suburban Subaru, came along with their tempting free shipping. Their prices were reasonable and they held to their word on free shipping when every other online vendor was charging almost as much as the total items cost, for 30 pounds worth of products. The shipping was quite fast as well. This dealership is on their A-game. I appreciated the personal e-mail contact with the salesperson and I was kept informed along the entire process after I made payment on the website. Thank you for making this easy on my mind and on my wallet.

Don’t know why this Subaru dealer was able to give me a much cheaper deal on the exact same parts As the local dealer I purchased my car from, but they were very easy to work with. Helped me make a change after the order was processed by actually calling me back from a message I left. Very good service and, again, for some reason the best price I could find online for the exact same roof rack and bike carrier that my local dealer wanted to charge much more for.

I wanted rubber floor mats for 2010 Subaru. They had a set in stock and cheaper then I found on line. Great people and always helpful.

This was much easier and less expensive than I imagined. My local dealer is ... If you can't say something nice, don't say it...but Suburban Subaru was great. I got what I ordered, genuine Subaru parts, at a good price. And they came in a couple of days. I'll do it again!

Other dealer ships wish they were good as suburban Subaru getting genuine Subaru parts to you in a timely manner for a good price also letting you know what’s going on with your order thank you keep up the good work team

Suburban Subaru is the best!!! Friendly, courteous, attentive. I brought my Subaru Forester from them, have done all maintenance with them. Service department is outstanding.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Plus this place closes later than the other Subaru dealerships. You really can't beat it. This dealership is by far, the best. Better than Schaller, and Bertera.

I ordered lights for my WRX and was e-mailed with updates for my order every time the status changed order received, being processed, sent out etc I received it only 3 days after I placed it!
