I purchases my first car from this dealership and cannot say enough great things about them. From the initial meeting to the end they were fantastic. I was not really sure what I wanted and Jesse was great about asking the correct questions to really figure out what I wanted and needed in a car. They were great about not making me feel pressured into purchasing the car and explained everything about the process. I would urge anyone in the area that needs to purchase a car to go and check them out!

Ever since I moved to CT this has been my dealer of choice. I have purchased three Hyundai's and service them here as well. My experience has always been exceptional. Eduardo Castillo was extremely helpful in getting me what I wanted. It was a very busy day and I didn't have an appointment but he took care of me and made sure I was comfortable and happy. The best in customer service, hands down.

Brought our 2011 Sonata here for the first time. All the work that needed to be was either warranty or recall work.  After I picked up the car I noticed they changed the service (oil change) sticker on the windshield.  Taking a closer look I noticed the mileage of that service was changed. They changed the oil free of charge.  They didn't even mention it in an attempt to say..see what we did for you..they just did it.  Thank you not only for the free oil change, but for also being the place I can trust bringing my son's car to.

I am always pleased when I visit Key Hyundai Service Dept.  They are efficient, courteous, professional. In the rare instance when they make a mistake they immediately correct it.  A negative aspect of using them, however, is that their rates, & therefore their repairs, (as with other dealerships) cost more than having it serviced by a general skilled mechanic.  However, because they are so good, many times I choose to use them anyway, even though they are more expensive.

Great news Kathy, We can keep your payment where it is now...on a new 2018 Elantra with the same money down!....I have 3 additional packages to show you in person, so you can decide after touching them....My manager, Dave said that he will give you lease loyalty and all the rebates and discounts. I will have 1 of your color choices pulled up for when you arrive...that's the text from Steve

My payment went up from $214 78 to $280.00 for a cheaper car and the lease term went to 36 months to 42 and from 12,000 miles a year to 10,000 miles a year.
