This place is fantastic! We got the van we wanted and we actually enjoyed making the deal. Joe was honest, transparent and fair. This is our third vehicle (and we live on the island) through swan lake motors and we highly recommend that you work with them, first.

Let me start by saying that generally I wouldn't buy a vehicle from a used car dealership. Went to Swan Lake after a long look for a very specific truck. My salesman Josh was excellent from front to back. He wasn't pushy, always was honest, and seemed to legitimately care about the vehicle being the right one for me. The owner of the business, Sid was a stand up guy and was not at all what I expected from a used car dealership owner. He was respectful and again seemed to actually care about dealing honestly. The only person in the dealership I clashed with was the sales manager Joe. While he was civil for the most part, when I asked questions beyond the most basic surface level sales ones it was met with a lot of frustration and what felt like the rhetoric I would've expected from such a dealership. I'm sure he wasn't the only one to blame in that situation, as I will grant that he knows more about selling cars than I do! The vehicle itself is what I expected, and while I feel I overpaid some for it, it was such a rare combination of trim, options etc I didn't really have much choice. I would highly recommend this dealer. Talk to Josh.

Our family has purchased many vehicles over the years. We have found them to be an honest family run business that takes pride in their service and products. The service after the sale is what stands out from other dealerships! I highly recommend Swan Lake Motors. If they don't have the vehicle you need, they will find it!!
