recently someone hit the entire passenger side of my car while it was parked, with the help from Jason Bertrand (finance specialist), i was able to bring my car in to Bruce (service department) the next day after it was hit. Bruce handled everything for me and kept in contact with updates throughout the entire time the dealership had my car. Not even two weeks later i had my car back, and they detailed it for me as well! Since buying my car from here a year ago, i have never had any problems with the dealership and they are always willing to help. When i hear someone wants to buy a new car i always recommend Ray Seraphin Ford!

Very good to buy a used car. We still have it today with 130 plus. It is a Buick Lucerne CXL. it only had 23000 when we bought it. Oh and Richie the used car guy was the best it was a easy transaction.

Making the appointment for a recall repair was quick and easy. The part was available and the time required to repair the recall took the exact amount of time as quoted.

I have never felt so welcomed and not pressured by a salesperson before. Everyone was so welcome. I got the exact car I could have ever wanted, and more. The sales person (Tom) not only saved me money but spent over an hour with me explaining the many features of my brand new car. Coming from a 99 Saturn to a 17 Ford Edge, was a huge step and I left feeling confident and important.
