Bannister Honda

Extremely accommodating! I would not take the time to write this review if I didn't believe that Bannister Honda in Vernon BC has shown the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time. At Bannister Honda I received top notch service even though I was not looking to purchase a vehicle and have never purchased a vehicle from this dealership; in fact. I was getting a low cost service for my car and I was very well. They were polite, informative, and accommodating around my personal schedule. Also, their shuttle service was fast and painless.

Tammy from service desk was super friendly and helpful. Helped me with getting my oil changed. Service was great, even washed my car. Thank you for the lovely job. Car feels great and I feel happy about this entire service.

...the staff were very attentive and apologetic for not having the parts I needed twice in a row, but the job was done and it was done well. Also, it was a pleasure talking to Don, the sales manager, in the waiting room who served me coffee and offered his time with great conversation. I appreciate their commitment to good service.

The entire team and experience were top notch! A special note to both Wayne and Don for excellent service and treatment. I’ve been servicing my older car here for a few years and when I decided to upgrade I got exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend.
