Everything was done so easily. From the test drive to the financing. All done withing a week. Nice touch was given to us when we picked it up. The weather was not so nice outside but our truck was nice and clean with a big red bow on it just for that Christmas present loo. Awesome!

This is my 3rd return visit to purchase new vehicles over the years. This time I purchased 2... an SUV and a pickup truck. From sales to service to financing, I have always been treated with respect and kindness. I would highly recommend.

I just bought a used car from here. I feel that I was lied to and taken advantage of. The sales guy and the finance guy were very pushy. The salesman was a textbook salesman, talking bad about every other dealership and that everyone else but him is a liar. He also added on this simoniz service that I told him I didn’t want, he also told me it was a lifetime service when actually it’s only 7years. There were also scratches on the passenger door that they didn’t care to fix or compensate me for. I also told them I wanted to finance through my credit union and was told they looked it up and it was a higher rate than ally, total lie. And finally, I felt I was forced to choose a different finance option than what I really wanted. This included these insurance benefits that i really didn’t want. They just weren’t taking my “no” for an answer. I don’t buy cars often. I mean, is this normal? are they all like this? Over all, I didn’t leave there with a good buying experience. I had to share.

I wish I could give a lower rating. I am so irate with this company right now. I turned in a lease on time this past MARCH. I had never leased a car before, and none of this turn in process was properly explained to me, and so, I assumed they were taking care of everything as they should have. They did not, and now I have debt collectors calling me daily telling me I owe money to GM Financial for a car I turned in on time 6 month ago. I have run out of patience trying to get this resolved myself. I thank my lucky stars every day that I did not lease another car like I was going to from them. That's a whole separate story, but sufficed to say, I had put a deposit on a lease that they did not hold up their end of the bargain on. I guess I should thank them for their incompetence in that case, but I was super upset about that at the time too. I would go into more detail, but I am exhausted for thinking about this further.

Everyone at Scranton was super friendly, knowledgeable and more importantly fast! Jimmy Yilmaz bent over backwards to accommodate my tight schedule and get me in my beautiful 2017 Yukon Denali XL on the same day. I couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the service so far. Tyler Durdan worked hard to make my purchase seamless and smooth. The service didn't stop once the deal was done. They went through the entire vehicle with me to explain all the features and answered all my questions. Even the owner checked in on us. We will certainly be recommending this dealership and especially Jimmy to our family and friends!
