My lease vehicle was to be delivered on a Thursday. I was called shortly after 11am and told my vehicle was on its way. I left work early to meet the delivery driver. After 4 hours of waiting I called the dealer at 3 pm to find out the status of my vehicle. I was transferred and put on hold multiple times before I was told someone would call me back. When I was called back I was advised that the vehicles check engine light had come on they told the driver to bring it back to the dealership to be fixed. No one called to tell me this!!!! I lost money leaving work early and waiting around! I was then told my car would be delivered the next day. Again I had to call the dealership to find out details. We agreed on a 2:30pm delivery. My vehicle arrived shortly before 3pm. There were multiple deep scratches on the driver side panel by the seat. The fuel was under 3/4 tank when I was promised a full tank. Once again I missed out on work for the new delivery date. I called the salesperson about the scratches and was advised to text pictures which I did immediately and heard nothing in response. Very disappointed with how everything was handled after I “signed the papers” and was a sure deal. Lastly the lease was signed with 84 miles on the odometer. At delivery the odometer was 222 miles. Quite a difference and inconvenience at 25 cents a mile over when I was not responsible for the check engine light coming on.

Mark Cross was Fan-Freaking-Tastic! I came in meager hopes of being able to purchase a used car, and ended up in my very first brand new car! It was nothing short of a miracle for me. Mark was always upbeat with a great sense of humor. He was in contact with me as much as I needed, and never left me waiting for information.He showed me all of the features of the car I would be leasing before it even arrived. He was even able to get my car in the color I really wanted, Orange Burst! I absolutely LOVE IT!

wouldn't you think a dealership would have an obligation to be clear about the terms of a lease. 39 month lease and 1000 miles per month. Fine print is the lease only includes 36000 miles. Pay for 39 months, get 36 months worth of miles. Ugh.

I visited Carter Chevrolet at their new location. Their selection, their staff, their amenities are first class. The whole dealership operates as a team unit helping each other with all my requests. I especially liked the customer service by the sales manager Mackie. Got a great deal, got a great car, kudos to Jackie and team, 5 stars

Our pre-owned SUV shopping experience began with Justin Uriano at Carter Chevrolet. His service, professional friendliness, knowledge and attention to us SET THE BAR SO HIGH THAT IT WOULD MAKE ANY OTHER SHOPPING EXPERIENCE PALE IN COMPARISON After a warm greeting, we sat down with Justin, who posed the perfect inquisitively helpful questions and then truly listened to our responses. It was very obvious from the get go that Justin was concerned with learning OUR NEEDS and striving to fulfill them. ONE COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE IN A QUALITY SALES PERSON. Within minutes, Justin had two vehicles pulled up, running, heated seats already on (one of my criteria) and ready for us to test drive. He even made tests drives fun, as well as a car learning experience! When we weren’t quite ready to make a decision on either of those vehicles, Justin, listened to what our thoughts were and arranged for another, more different showing later in the week. Justin kept in touch with us through the whole process, always available to answer any questions. There was NEVER ANY PRESSURE to make a decision, JUST SINCERE ATTENTION to work with us to meet our needs. From our first meeting with Justin, he displayed a perfect blend of helpfulness, WITHOUT AGGRESSIVE PUSHINESS that we find so insincere and off-putting. For us, sincerity, ability to trust, and a salesperson who puts our needs above his sales quota, is paramount. As we continued our car shopping and comparisons, we were shocked to find out that this, apparently, is NOT a standard within the industry. JUSTIN’S ATTENTION TO OUR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS PLACES HIM ON THE TOP TIER OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND JUSTIN, AND BECAUSE OF HIM, CARTER CHEVROLET, IN AN INSTANT.
