First time visit, food was good considering the fusion concept. Decent portion size for the prices that we paid. Lacking a bit in service. They messed up one of our orders, and when pointed out they did offer to redo it, however since we did not want to let the food go waste, we politely declined. You would think, the least they could do is give that entree free or at least give a discount on it, so as not to waste the time and effort in making the order again, this is where the service was lacking. Also, 2 of the beers were not available, and nothing on tap, how do you explain that? Second visit after about 3 months of initial: Food was good and came out in time. But the Masala fries were not very different than the regular fries. Service was good, and on time. I understand the fusion concept, but you never put Coconut flakes in a Mango Lassi, they just don't go well with each other, instead consider Almond flakes please.

We ordered Paneer which comes with a small bowl of rice by default so we upgraded to have large bowl of rice along with a butter Naan. Good Environment, nice sitting area and a peaceful place. The only discomfort we had was, the area where we were sitting was little cold for us. There was only one person to serve so little slow process but freshly cooked food, loved the butter Naan from this place so amazing. Paneer was cooked purely in Tomatoes purring, felt like little bland for my taste. Not much crowded which was good double Vaccination cert requires for dine-in It Costed us total of around $26.50 along with tax and tips Paneer $15 Butter Naan $7 Sweets/Gulab Jamun Don't remember Not just Vegetarian but different non-veg dishes and sea foods are also available here.

I was quite surprised to come across a good Indian restaurant in Victoria! We ordered the Chef's platter which included 3 diff vegetable/chicken curries, butter chicken samosas, vegetable pulao and naan coconut, garlic butter, cilantro all for $50. It's a lot of food for that price, and for a group of 4, we were left with some yummy leftovers, for sure. We also ordered mango lassi with the meal - a must!! The flavors are quite authentic but I wish they could use fresh vegetables instead of frozen ones. The servers were warm and welcoming but the service was quite slow - though it's quite a busy night when we went they were one of the few restaurants open late on a Tuesday and due to the pandemic, there weren't much servers around which is understandable. The decor was bright and colorful, and it was overall a very pleasant experience.

Food was great and nice portions for the money too. They have vegan options as well, which is a big plus. Service is fast, but not the most attentive. They didn't ask if the meal was okay and several of the alcoholic drinks on the menu seemed to be out of stock.Food: 5/5

Only 1 server - girl was doing all the job and kinda going around and serving everyone. Took a little bit longer to get certain things. Their biryani was good, chicken was ok. Mom's platter had butter chicken- which was not that good. I would rate this restaurant as a better option if anyone want to try Indian CusineFood: 4/5

Absolutely LOOOOVE this place! The food is lip-smacking, Must try Mom's Samosas!!! The ambiance is good, the staff is courteous. Desi Khaana + Desi Gaana = Aur kya chahiye!

I ordered thru Skip. The food arrived fast and hot. Was placed into a really cool bag. The butter chicken was perfectly spiced, the rice was great and the naan was plenty! Delicious dinner, I would definitely recommend! However the Naan balls and chocolate dip were not so great and the rice pudding was soup. Otherwise delicious!

Food was not up to the mark , it was like no dal makhni today, no onions we are out of stock, staff was courteous and trying to cope up with the situation but owner needs to add some more servers and chefs

Every single dish was absolutely delicious we love Indian food and this one was one of the best in town highly recommend it ambiance it’s nice and bright good service friendly people and delicious food we definitely be back!

Really good!!! First time visiting Victoria, decided to try food at Varsha after seeing the reviews. The menu included wide variety of Indian dishes. The food itself was very delicious and was served spicy, just like we asked. Quick and flavourful. Would visit again.
