Serious Coffee Blanshard

A good place for an early latte or cappuccino. They have a good selection of baked goods although the raisin muffin had a bit too much sugar. The lemon cranberry muffin was delicious though and the coffee was excellent. The service was friendly and efficient and prices reasonable.

Small sized coffee shop with few seats indoors and outdoors. High chairs facing the Blanshard streets are the best with great view. Hot chocolate was decent. Staff are friendly and welcoming. 1 hour free parking spot available on the street. Vegetarian options: Few vegetarian products available Parking: Few 1 hour parking spot available on the adjacent street.

Great coffee lids are good and work well and it’s always a good experience going here. The owner is friendly and has a great sense of humour. Love supporting local. Book exchange on site too.

When I worked close by, I went two or three times a day during week days. The coffee and food are delicious and the staff friendly and efficient. I have also had several meetings catered by Steve and his staff - very good food and value.

I was not impressed by their coffee. The lids on their takeout cups aren't the best quality, it came off twice and I spilled coffee on myself. I won't be giving this place a second chance unfortunately. YMMV.Food: 2/5

I love Serious Coffee and the baristas here are always so friendly. There is a manager/owner that is around a lot and sometimes seems very hard on the staff, and I find it hard to witness. If he was a bit kinder to the staff it would be 5 stars for sure.

Love the store on Blanchard. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The ground coffee is my favourite.

I got an iced chai, but I didn’t love it. It is super sweet. I had it with almond milk. For the chai, I felt like I wanted to put water in it. Super weird feeling.
