Vander Hyde Service

I need to start by stating that my rating is due to customer service, and not actual work performed. I have tried reaching out many times have not received a response. Bill came out to our home Feb 23rd for a quote we requested. We are currently looking for quotes to have new pipes/plumbing added to our basement where no plumbing currently exists so we can add a full bathroom to our basement. I had stated that in our initial request, so I am confused as to why we haven't not received any responses or follow-up from our quote. During our appointment, Bill was great. He had great ideas as to how and where would be best, and suggested a number of other things they could do for us. He literally talked us into OTHER PROJECTS we would have loved to work with you on as well, which we expressed to him after talking with him. We waited for a few days before reaching out to Bill, who left us his card, to see what the quote would be for this project, but it is now March 12th, and we have not heard anything. If this was not a project they wanted to take on, you should at least send that as a response instead of completely ignoring any attempts to follow up, which I did try to reach out to him. Any google reviewers have any suggestions of plumbers who are professional enough to communicate with potential clients? Sorry we didn't not disclose the laundry list of items we would like to have done with our plumbing (and heating/cooling). You lost a potential client who has lots of projects your company could have had for work.

The service person arrived on time and did the job quickly and completely. He had the part he needed on the truck. VanderHyde has always given us very good service.

During a recient cold spell, the motor to my furnace fan suddenly burned out on a Thursday evening. I called first thing Friday morning. I was relieved they were able to send someone same day. All communication from when the service was to come, to when Matt D was going to arrive thru the diagnosis,repair and costs were clearly explained. Best yet when all was said and done the whole service and cost we're outstanding. THANK YOU!for fast, honest and fair priced service.

As always, pleased with Vanderhyde:). It was easy to schedule a convenient appointment time. Matt called first & arrived on time. He was friendly, courteous & professional. He checked out the furnace and answered my questions. Also appreciated being able to use a groupon that saved me some $. Will be sure to call again. Satisfied customer, Sue M, Wyoming, MI
