Made a call on Valentine’s Day around 4 because we were having issues with our shower. We didn’t expect anyone to come out on the same day, especially because it was already 4pm. Somehow Trevor was able to come out same day around 530pm. He came in very professional and very polite, ready to do his job. And he did just that, he did his job and he did an amazing job at it. Personally wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Just want to thank you.Trevor was precise,professional,and efficient.A life saver.Explained everything and even showed me what was done.Felt very comfortable and at ease.He had a lot of knowledge and expertise in his field.Will definitely call again if needed.

Other plumbing companies were swamped. Roto sent Dennis on the spot and got my issue solved extremely fast. Not the cheapest, but not expensive. Grade A work.

It's all about humanity. After a horrible afternoon snowstorm and me calling to reschedule so the serviceman wouldn't have to venture out into the storm and slow-moving traffic, my toilet flushes again! Trevor came the next morning and assessed the situation quickly and then efficiently worked through the problem and had us up and running again. I appreciate Trevor and his gentlemanly manner, and I thank you all for your quick and efficient service. I would definitely refer and repeat. Merry Christmas!
