I have used Ott on multiple occasions. You are able to schedule an appointment very quickly and they are always on time. They have great service, and very caring employees who take the time to thoroughly explain the problem to you as well as your repair options. I highly recommend!!

My technician was Jason and he was excellent. He listened to my questions, explained everything and seemed very knowledgeable and competent. I would definitely call them for my electrical needs again.
