Carrier was hired by my builder who went bankrupt while building my home. The bankruptcy put everyone in a challenging position. Dan was treated unfairly as a result but he still stood behind his work then, and years later when there was a minor problem. I’ve went on to use him on my own and consider him to be one of the best contractors I’ve dealt with. He’s good at what he does, his work ethic is strong, and he cares about your satisfaction. 5 stars for sure!

Dan was very rude to me on the phone and hung up on me while i was discussing a project with him,. When I was willing to put my project on hold for a few weeks to accommodate his schedule he got very rude then hung up on me. Not a good way to get referrals or new customers. I suggest looking elsewhere if you need a plumber now or in the future.
